Daily backups to preserve data integrity.
Maintaining access logs.

Despite our efforts, absolute protection against breaches cannot be guaranteed. If such an event occurs, we will comply with legal requirements regarding notification to the authority and affected individuals.

Data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and in accordance with legal requirements.

Your Rights Under the Privacy Protection Law

In accordance with the Privacy Protection Law and Amendment 13, you have the following rights:

Right of access: To request confirmation whether we hold information about you and to review it.
Right to rectification: To request correction of inaccurate information.
Right to erasure: To request deletion of your information where permitted by law.
Right to object: To object to the use of your information for direct marketing purposes.
Right to withdraw consent: You may withdraw your consent to data use at any time. Withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before the withdrawal.
